Spent a week at Ananda, doing the yoga program. Such a beautiful retreat center. Yoga classes are amazing and for all levels and styles, sauna and ice bath, stunning food, staff is very accommodating and super friendly. Beach is accross the road. Nice rooms, lovely hangout spots throughout the place. 3 beautiful yoga shalas. It felt like home from day one. Valerie the owner is a beautiful soul with a big heart. Highly recommend. 🙏🏼

I went for 4 days detox and i had a great experience. The staff is sensitive and thoughtful, everything is taken care to the smallest detail. You have different types of yoga and meditation classes to choose from. Overall an amazing experience 💯

I just finished 3.5 detox and I’m very pleased with the whole experience, the detox itself wasn’t easy at all but the staff at ananda made it easy, they took care of everything, knew better than me when I’m supposed to do everything.. ji and Noah at the detox bar are lovely and kind and fern the manager is so nice and calming, she was there for me fully, thank you to all the team 🌈

Fern, Supansa, Rebecca, Emma, Magda, Stephanie, ahh I know I've forgotten some names but I'm so grateful for the month I spent coming here. I bought the unlimited membership but I stayed elsewhere on the island. The tuition was so generous, caring, thoughtful, I was a little reserved during my time there but I just want to express my utmost appreciation for the commitment of the teachers here, so generous with their efforts, so many extras in the classes like sage burning, live music, scented oil, occasional incense, little massage, great adjustments. I chose this place over two others nearby because of the staff at the front desk who took the time to show me around when I visited. I also think the timetable is the simplest to understand, memberships elsewhere were so complicated to work out. I enjoyed reading my book near the pool inbetween classes. Doing my 200 h YTT here with Ananda was the best decision. It‘s not only professional training with amazing teachers you get here, it’s a wonderful place with great and warm-hearted people around. If you want to become a well educated, holistic yoga teacher or diving deeper in your personal practice - this is your place to be. Thank you Fern and Valerie for this life changing experience, I will never forget this time and I am sure I will come back 🤍

The 200h Ashtanga-vinyasa teacher training was one of the best experience of my life. We were pushed to learn so much in only 4 weeks, with great kindness and care. The programm is well designed so that we feel ready to teach ! I highly recommend to learn grounded traditionnal yoga.

We had an amazing experience at Ananda yoga & detox center ! We just finished our 200h Yoga Teacher Training and it has been an incredible journey 🥰 The teachers are amazing, super professional ! And we learned a lot in only 4 weeks. There’s a huge transformation between the « before » and the « after » 🙏🏼 We highly recommend this place if you want to jump into this adventure !
